Chocolatier Biki S. Khurana

Biki S. Khurana works for the world’s largest chocolate house, Fassbender & Rausch Chocolatiers am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. As managing director for the company, Khurana travels the world buying high quality cocoa. “We want to make sure people understand chocolate can be used to create many things, such as images,” Khurana says. He has lived in Berlin for 50 years, and says the city is a marvelous place to live. “This city can easily compare to any of the new cities in the United States or around the globe,” Khurana said.
