PUR 4932: Crisis Communications
Experience the challenges of crisis communication through real-world crises situations and case studies. Teaches theory, applications, the role of cultural and organizational contexts, traditional media and the Internet, and analyses of crises in France and globally. Features guest speakers from French public relations agencies, engage in simulations, and conduct research and analyses of current crises situations. A final analysis is due after return to the U.S. Open to undergraduates and graduate students regardless of major.
