Gimme Green Premieres on Sundance Channel
The Sundance Channel has acquired exclusive U.S. television
broadcast rights for Gimme Green. The film, produced by 2006 graduates Eric Flagg and Isaac Brown, will air on “The Green,” an environmentally themed programming block hosted by Robert Redford. The air dates for Gimme Green are:
Tuesday, August 28, at 10:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 30 at 1:30 a.m.
Friday, August 31 at 11:30 a.m.
Sunday, September 2 at 4:30 p.m.
Gimme Green placed second in the College Television Awards Student Emmy competition and was nominated for a Student Oscar from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The film has also won Best Documentary Short at several national film festivals including Houston WorldFest, The Phoenix International Film Festival, and the Beverly Hills Shorts Film Fest. Most recently, it was accepted into the Gen Art Film Festival in New York.
