Broadcast Debut for Why Me Lord?
Why Me Lord?, produced by 2005 graduates Lee Waldrep and Jake Springfield, makes its broadcast debut on Southern Lens, an independent film series that airs weekly on South Carolina Educational Television. Why Me Lord? tells the story of the Hammond School Strawberry Jammers, a developmentally disabled rock band and its efforts to play the New Orleans Jazz Festival. The program will air Thursday, October 5 at 10 p.m.
