Tercha is a staff photographer at The Chicago Tribune. Previously he
worked for The State Journal-Register in Springfield, Ill., and before that was an
intern at The Los Angeles Times. While at UF, Tercha
represented the school at the Hearst Photojournalism Shoot-out in
2001, winning the championship in San Francisco.
